We are passionate about our residents’ well-being and pride ourselves on the personal care we provide. We offer services that are carefully designed to meet the needs of those in our care. Combining excellent facilities with highly trained staff, we aim to ensure our residents enjoy the highest quality of life. Based in Laindon we also offer our care services for clients in Brentwood, Wickford, and Basildon.

With close to 15 years of experience, our team at The Ark Essex Ltd are skilled at what they do. But the practical things - the activities that we provide and the meals that we prepare - are not the most important facets that our staff bring to their roles. It's the stuff that a CV doesn't really reveal or measure - the attentive ear, the ability to crack a joke, the sincerity of performing their roles not because they have to but because they want to. But we don't neglect the other stuff either. All our staff members undergo training in order to provide the best level of care that we can. And we do this consistently.
